Occupation/interests:
Greg & I moved to Phoenix, Az in 1979.
I volunteer almost full time and serve on the Board of Directors with an organization called 'Packages From Home', an Arizona non profit group which sends care packages to the military overseas. I retired from my 'corporate' career when I was 50 in 2003. In my free time I enjoy cross stitch, Book Club, Bunco and baseball (see below).
My husband, Greg, a 1969 Alleman HS alumni, is the very first play-by-play broadcaster for the Arizona Diamondbacks MLB team, so I go to lots of home games and travel to away games to meet Greg 'on the road'. Greg's connection to our high school class other than me is he grew up in Silvis across the alley from Frank Vretis, his best friend and a '70 UTHS classmate, and several other childhood friends in Silvis and East Moline. Unfortunately Greg will not be able to come with me, as it's in the middle of the baseball season.
My son has been unemployed for over a year now, so he has returned to school to finish his 4-year degree in Education.
My daughter graduated from Arizona State University and is currently employed full-time by Disney and works at Disney World in Orlando (a lifelong goal for her), so I make several trips a year to visit her there; Greg and I usually visit in the baseball off season.

Greg retired as the original Arizona Dbacks radio broadcaster after the 2023 World Series. So now being free from the MLB season schedule, he will be my guest at the 2025 UTHS Reunion.
I retired from the BOD of the military charity in 2024 after volunteering for 20 years & Greg and I have been traveling when we are able.
